What is the Best Before Date?

All our products have a long best before date. The exact dates would vary with the batch but the stock you receive will generally have a best before date of 1 - 2 years away. 

 

ORDERING ONLINE

At the end of the ordering process, you will receive an order summary by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact info@yarravalleyimpex.com.au.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders received will be dispatched the next working day for standard delivery. (Depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation). Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). If you are not there to accept your order, Australia Post may leave a notice on a collection card with details of how to collect your delivery or they may use their discretion and leave your order safe and unattended at your address.

Please ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses so that we have all the correct details to get your order to your doorstep without any delays. In the event of an order being returned due to incorrect address, you will have to pay for re-shipping or we will provide a partial refund and deduct the shipping cost. 

 

Australian Orders

  • Shipping is FREE for all Orders in Australia (even Taz)
  • All orders over $20 are sent via courier and have tracking numbers, lesser orders are sent through AU regular post. 
  • It is suggested that customers provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. 
  • All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 2-7 business days. Please note that delivery to TAS, NT and non-metro areas may take up to twice the time.

 

International Orders

  • Shipping to NZ is $9.95 AUD, USA & Canada is $14.95 and $20 for the rest of the world.
  • All orders are sent via Courier with tracking.
  • All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 5-12 business days;
  • There may be the occasional customs or courier delay which could affect the delivery times.

 

RETURNS

If you do not wish to keep a product ordered from our website, you may return unused items (unbroken seals) within 14 days of the date of receipt. We will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling changes. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. Please note that only products purchased from our website will be accepted for return.
